Hi everyone,

GitHub Education Verification
Dear GitHub Education Team,

I am afraid this question has probably been asked several times already, but I have not been able to find the answer I need.

I am a faculty member at the University of Pavia, Italy, and my institutional email address is vittorio.casella@unipv.it.

When I apply for GitHub Education, the application interface itself recognizes that my email address belongs to the University of Pavia. Nevertheless, my application has now been rejected four or five times.

In my most recent application, I even submitted an official document signed by the Director of my Department stating that I am a faculty member at the University of Pavia—something that is, in any case, very easy to verify independently.

Could you please let me know what additional information or documentation I need to provide in order to be approved for GitHub Education?
