This is a real problem. Same thing happen to me thrice (one just now). I use all the credits. Get a budget alert in vscode. I increase the budget on the site, and it doesn't reflect. Don't know how long it takes. However, the budget reflects almost immediately on the business plan (at work). What gives?
This really pisses me off. Breaks the whole flow. Also, what's the point of showing an alert after the feature is disabled (considering it's not enabled immediately)? At least, give an alert at 90% usage so one can increase the budget before it stops (assuming that'll work). 30 mins and now I can use it again. |

I’ve run into the same issue several times with our organization account. After increasing the budget, there were cases where it took two or even three hours for the new limit to be reflected. During that time, Copilot remained unavailable, which completely disrupted the workflow. The warning system also needs improvement. Instead of notifying users only after the credits have already run out and the feature has been disabled, Copilot Chat could show proactive usage alerts—for example, when 50%, 75%, and 90% of the budget has been consumed. A message such as “You have 50% of your monthly budget remaining” would give users or organization admins enough time to adjust the budget before service is interrupted. This is especially important when budget changes are not applied immediately. |

UPDATE: After approx one hour the issue got resolved magically. Please check anyway as the behavior is wrong because as soon as anybody increase their quota,/budget they should be allowed to continue using the tool.
Hello,
My credit limit has reached 100% but I have an additional budget which is now used at 87%.
I'm not able to do anything because I always get the response that I have reached 100% and I need to wait until August 1st for this limit to be reset. This is not acceptable as I'm paying for additional quota and I cannot use it and today I have to deploy a feature.
Thanks for you assistance on this. I'm currently blocked because of this problem.
