Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,

I'm Aanya Gupta, Joint Secretary of the ACM Student Chapter, CSE Department, at Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE), Nagpur, India. We're organizing SMACKATHON 2026, a 24-hour national hackathon, on August 6–7, 2026, hosted on Unstop. We've already crossed 500+ registered participants.

We'd love to partner with GitHub Education for a goodies collaboration — stickers, swag, or branded merchandise for participants would go a long way in giving them a great experience and introducing them to GitHub's student resources. We're also happy to promote the GitHub Student Developer Pack to our participant base as part of this collaboration.

How GitHub Handles Hackathon Support
GitHub Discussions Policy: GitHub Education does not process direct swag or physical merchandise requests through the GitHub Community Discussions forum.

Official Partner Channel (MLH): GitHub partners with Major League Hacking (MLH) to support hackathons globally. If your hackathon is registered or partnered with MLH, GitHub swag and resources are typically distributed through MLH event packages.

Campus Experts: If your institute has an active GitHub Campus Expert, they can request event support assets directly through their Campus Expert dashboard.
