Payment failures for organization‑linked GitHub Actions usually occur when the billing system hasn’t fully processed the new card or when the organization’s subscription is temporarily paused.

Here’s what you can do:

• Verify billing status: Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods and confirm that the new card shows as Active and not Pending Verification.
• Check organization ownership: Only an Organization Owner or Billing Manager can trigger payment retries. If you’re not one, ask the owner to log in and confirm the payment.
• Retry payment manually: In Billing → Invoices, click “Retry Payment” on the failed invoice. This forces GitHub to re‑attempt the charge.
• Contact GitHub Support: If the invoice remains stuck after retrying, open a support ticket at support.github.com and include your organization name, invoice ID, and last 4 digits of the card. They can trigger the payment manually on their side.

Once the payment clears, your Actions Runner Controller (ARC) should resume automatically — no need to reconfigure workflows.

I get the urgency, but this isn't the right place for this. This section is for ARC (Actions Runner Controller), not billing issues. The community can't access your payments or trigger anything.

Here's what you actually need to do:

1. Go to official GitHub Support: https://support.github.com/

2. Open a billing ticket and explain the failed payment.

3. Check your organization settings under Settings > Billing & plans to make sure the new card is properly registered.

4. GitHub usually retries failed payments automatically. If it doesn't, only official support can manually trigger it.
