What happened?
Whenever I try to create a pull request, GitHub redirects me to the generic "Oops!!! 500" error page instead of opening the pull request.
This has been happening consistently.
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior
The pull request should be created successfully.
Actual behavior
GitHub returns a "500 - Looks like something went wrong!" page.
