I am absolutely livid right now. I have submitted my application for the GitHub Student Developer Pack repeatedly, only for your garbage automated system to instantly spit back the exact same nonsense errors. It is painfully obvious that zero real verification is happening behind the scenes.

I have painstakingly met EVERY SINGLE REQUIREMENT you demand.

GitHub Profile Updated my full name in my profile to match my official English academic document letter for letter. No nicknames, no variations, no shortcuts.

Billing Information Changed both First Name and Last Name in my billing settings to mirror my official document word for word.

School Email Properly linked and verified my official academic email address.

Paid Official Document I literally paid real money to my university to get an official English Certification of Student Status. It explicitly displays my full legal name, student ID, full school name, issue date, and expiration date.

Switched Every Single Device I tried submitting through my PC, my smartphone, and my iPad. NOT A SINGLE ONE WORKS.

Broken Location System Is A Joke To make this whole experience even more infuriating, I am PHYSICALLY SITTING ON CAMPUS RIGHT NOW. Yet your broken location script has the nerve to flag my attempt and say I am not at my school! ARE YOU SERIOUS? I am literally sitting inside my university building while typing this!

Your bot instantly rejects my application with ridiculous excuses, claiming it cannot find my name, my school, or my location, when all of them are 100% legitimate and sitting right in front of the camera.

Requested Action
Stop hiding behind blind AI bots and broken scripts. Escalate this ticket to a human support admin IMMEDIATELY to manually inspect my official document and grant my student status.

Why the Location Script is Failing (And how to bypass it)
Before you hit send on that ticket, the location error is likely caused by how your university's internet is configured.

Often, at larger institutions like the Islamic University of Bahawalpur, the campus Wi-Fi network routes its IP addresses through a centralized ISP hub in another major city. So, even though you are physically sitting in a campus building, the GitHub script checks your IP address, sees it registering hundreds of kilometers away, and instantly rejects you.

Try this one last technical workaround to force the correct location:

Turn off the campus Wi-Fi on your smartphone.

Switch completely to your mobile cellular data (4G/LTE).

Ensure your phone's physical GPS location services are turned ON.

Open your mobile browser (use Incognito/Private mode to avoid cached data), ensure it has permission to access your location, and try submitting the picture one more time.

Mobile networks combined with active GPS often pass GitHub's strict distance checks much better than routed campus Wi-Fi.

Actually, the location issue is no longer a problem for me. I managed to resolve it completely by using GPS verification on my PC, and that part passed without any issues.

The real roadblock now is strictly the academic document verification. I have submitted every possible official document to prove my student status, including

My official Student ID card

My current class schedule

An official Certification of Student Status (which I even paid a university fee to obtain)

Despite providing all of these valid, official documents, the automated system STILL keeps auto-rejecting my application. I honestly do not understand what else it expects from me at this point. That is why I am pushing for a human staff member to manually inspect these documents.

I'm facing the same issue, and I tried to contact the support team, but a message appeared that I should describe my issue here!

it is actually so non-logical to get rid of the human verification of any process for any reason. For example, in this problem, whatever you do to verify that you are in the campus and that you are providing real documents will not make any difference, since who verifies is just an AI model with a specific algorithm.

In fact, the verification process should be much simpler than all this. Once you verify your university email then you should receive the education benefits.
I'm actually lost and don't know what to do. I don't even know whether our problems will be heard by any human in the support team or will just be ignored.
