My GitHub account appears to have been suspended unexpectedly, and I would appreciate your assistance in reviewing it.

While working in Developer Settings, I was creating a GitHub App (not an OAuth App) for a development project. After completing the GitHub App creation process, I was unexpectedly redirected to the GitHub sign-in page.

When I signed in again, I received a message indicating that my account has been suspended. Since then, my profile and resources return a 404 Not Found error, and I am unable to access my account or continue my development work.
