Based on what you've described, it sounds like you've already provided the required documentation. Since GitHub Education account verification is handled by the GitHub Education team, the next step is to contact GitHub Support directly and include your application details so they can manually review your verification. If you've already opened a support ticket, sharing the ticket number here may help GitHub staff follow up. I wouldn't recommend repeatedly resubmitting the same documents unless support specifically requests additional information. |

Hi everyone,
Hello,
I am an Information Technology teacher at Instituto de Educación Secundaria Número 1 de Gijón, a public secondary school in Asturias, Spain.
My Faculty verification has been rejected multiple times even though I have addressed all the issues listed in the rejection email.
I have now submitted:
• An official employment certificate signed digitally by the school principal.
• The full official name of the school.
• A bilingual (Spanish and English) certificate.
• My full legal name exactly matching my GitHub profile and billing information.
• Confirmation that I am a full-time Faculty Member (Information Technology Teacher).
• An explanation that I am currently away from campus because Spanish public schools are on their official summer break until September 1, 2026.
Could someone from the GitHub Education team please review my application manually or advise whether any additional documentation is required?
Thank you very much.
