Hi everyone,

Hi team, I am a homeschooled high school student trying to apply for the Student Developer Pack.

My profile name and billing information match my official homeschool transcript letter-for-letter. I have logged out and back in as instructed. My official high school transcript contains my full legal name, current academic dates, and is signed/dated by my instructor.

However, the automated OCR system keeps rejecting it (likely because it expects a standard brick-and-mortar school template/database match). Since support tickets are no longer accepting manual review requests, could a Community Manager please assist or advise on how homeschoolers can bypass the OCR loop?

Try a different form of verification. I was having some issues too when I first applied (got rejected twice), so be sure to read the automated advice, like this one from one of my previous attempts:

What helped me was having my legal name written in full both in my Billings and GitHub Profile, as stated in the last bullet point listed above, and switched to a different verification method.

Keep going, I'm sure it will work out!
