Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
Hi everyone,
I am enrolled in a degree-granting university program and have a verified school-issued email. I am currently on an officially approved leave of absence and am temporarily residing away from campus. My application was rejected because I was not near the campus and my proof did not clearly demonstrate current academic affiliation.
My browser and Windows location services are enabled, I am not using a VPN or proxy, and I am not a distance-learning student. I can provide an official school portal page showing my dated leave status and a recently issued university certificate showing my bilingual legal name, school, major, and grade.
Could an officially registered student on leave of absence still qualify for GitHub Education? If yes, what dated proof is accepted while the student is away from campus? If not, should I wait until I return to active enrollment and can apply from campus?
I am not attaching evidence because the posting rules say not to share personal information or evidence images publicly.
Thanks.
