It sounds like you've already provided the documents that would normally verify your educator or staff status. If everything is current, clearly readable, and matches your GitHub profile, there may not be much more you can do from your side. |

Hey! Just so you know, posting in discussions won't get your application manually reviewed since the verification process relies entirely on automated checks. If you keep getting rejected, it's usually because the automated system (OCR) can't verify a current active date, or there's a mismatch with your profile. Offer contracts and renewal letters often get flagged because they look like historical documents rather than proof that you're actively working right now for the current term. Try making sure your GitHub profile display name matches the exact spelling and order on your staff card, and make sure your VPN is turned off when submitting. Instead of contracts, uploading a clear image of a recent pay stub, an active employment verification letter with a current date, or a screenshot of your staff portal dashboard usually goes through much smoother.
