Hi everyone,

I am unable to start a GitHub Education student application on account @tonkai. I have completed the standard prerequisites:

• A university email is verified and set as primary
• Two-factor authentication is enabled
• Billing information has been accepted
• The public profile name matches the billing name

However, on https://github.com/settings/education/benefits, the Start an application link points to https://github.com/pricing. The official student application/status URL provided by GitHub Support also redirects to the pricing page, so I cannot reach the application form.

I have refreshed the page and retried after the billing-information review completed, but the behavior persists. Could someone advise how to restore access to the student application form?

I have intentionally omitted personal email, address, school documents, and other private information.

On GitHub Settings → Education benefits, clicking “Start an application” redirects to /pricing instead of opening the student application form. My academic email is verified, but I cannot submit the student application. Could someone advise how to restore access?
