Hi everyone,

Hello.
I have been trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. But as i have seen in previous discussions, for Iranian students, we need to apply manually with student card.
My problem is I do not know where I can submit a manual request. I searched for it but I could not found anything.
Could you please tell me where I can submit a manual request?
