Hi @Arylo, When an organization is flagged or hidden, it's usually triggered automatically by GitHub's trust and safety filters (sometimes over simple triggers like sudden activity spikes, automated bot actions, or keyword flags). Because account moderation and organization flags involve private account data, Community Discussions can't review or unflag organizations. You'll need a human on the GitHub Trust & Safety team to take a look. Here is how you can submit a review ticket when the default options seem confusing: Step-by-Step: How to Reach the Right Support Channel
A Couple Things to Keep in Mind:
Once a support agent reviews the repos and confirms there are no Terms of Service violations, they will remove the banner and make the organization public again! |

Hello Team,
After logging in, I see a prominent red banner stating:
“The 69doll organization has been flagged. Because of that, your organization is hidden from the public. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support to have your organization's status reviewed.”
However, when I click on the “Contact Support” link, I am unable to find any appropriate category for requesting a review—neither under the organization support options nor under my personal account settings.
I would like to add that our organization’s code repositories have been active for a significant period of time and have consistently adhered to all applicable guidelines and policies. Therefore, we believe this flag may be an error, and we would appreciate the opportunity to have the status re‑evaluated.
Could you please advise where I should submit a ticket to request a re‑evaluation of this flag?
Thank you for your assistance.
