Trying to apply for StudentPack, but keep getting the error - saying Use College Email ?. (Please help)

I keep getting this Error Screen while trying to apply

Our College doesn't give any email like .edu or .ac.in or any we are told to use Gmail only..

Im real student, can prove it all through uploading all needed documents here or even video call if needed..

I did upload my school-id with beside my 'Bonafide-affidavit' with date init too, still got this Error message because system is seeking college domain email, but we are not given any

Please let me know , what I should do..

If your institution doesn't issue school-managed email addresses, the automatic verification system may not be able to verify your student status, even if you're a legitimate student.

Here are a few things you can try:

1. Confirm with your college whether they provide any official student email address (even if it's not a .edu or .ac.in domain). Some institutions use custom domains.

2. Contact the support team directly and explain that your college only uses personal Gmail accounts for students. Include:

   • Your student ID card
   • A recent bonafide/enrollment certificate
   • Any other documents they request

3. Ask if manual verification is available. Some student verification providers can manually review your documents when automatic verification isn't possible.

Unfortunately, if the discount program requires a school-issued email as an eligibility criterion, there may not be a workaround unless the support team can manually verify your enrollment or make an exception.

Your best option is to open a support request and ask whether they can verify your student status using the documents you've already provided.
