Hi everyone,

I am currently abroad in a different country to that of my university, and my re-verification application has been refused due to my location being in the incorrect country. What do I need to upload to verify I am still a student, just on an internship abroad? I uploaded my student ID and confirmation of the internship, but my application got rejected.

For the same situation, my friend just used the company details or the ID provided by the company where he was currently interning and applied. It worked for him because he was in a different state. I’m not sure if it will work for a different country though, but you can try.

Would love to know if anyone has been able to get this working, all of my classes are online async, and I have included that screenshot and it's still nah, you're not in the correct spot.

Turn on your location settings in your browser and try to activate it.

If you're still enrolled, try uploading an official enrollment letter that mentions your approved internship abroad. If it gets rejected again, contact support—they can review your case and let you know exactly what document is needed.

Use chrome browser, Brave or opera gx have built in anti trackers.

If you are using a custom dns server disable it, ensure location is turned on if still the issues persists use VPN to hardpass the location
