Hi everyone,

In my student id the name of the school appears but in 3 languages. 2 of them not English.

My claim is pending because they have accidentally
missed that the name of the school is there.

Also In English but it may not be apparent due to it being
Between other 2 languages.

Unfortunately there's no room for remarks on the application...

Hi, man. I'm not sure how the document verification process works (like whether it’s done by people or machines). So, I think you should try modifying your student card by translating the text into English. I made a quick attempt, and here is the result:

The English text is more visible and easier for both people and machines to understand. So, you can try using this image instead.

If the school name is already on your ID, I'd avoid editing the document. Instead, contact GitHub Education Support and explain that the school name appears in multiple languages, with English included. They should be able to review it manually if needed.
