Please help - Extremely compromised accounts

Can someone help please, I’ve been trying to get help for months now, I cannot access any of my accounts and my AppStore doesn’t work, browser doesn’t work, all devices have been syncing together, developed app / account under my name, number is spoofed, automatically is spoofed if I get a new number across new devices and networks, managed accounts, no one seems to be able to help 😭 and who would be doing this?
