GitHub Education verification rejected due to Indian initial in my name

Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education Team,
I am a student from India studying at Knowledge Institute of Technology, Salem.
My official academic name is Aarthi A. In India, "A" is my official initial, and all my college records, student portal, and ID card use this name.
My GitHub Education application has been rejected because my billing information cannot exactly match my academic documents. GitHub Billing does not allow me to use a one-letter last name.
I have also updated my application with documents showing my current enrollment and my college.
Could you please advise how I should verify my student status when my official academic name uses an initial?
