Help regarding GitHub account access denied

I am contacting using this temporary GitHub account because I cannot access support from my original account.
My original GitHub account has been suspended. Whenever I try to sign in, I receive the following message:

"Access to your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service."

I have not used the account for a long time and I am not aware of any activity that would violate GitHub's Terms of Service. I believe this may have been an error or an automated suspension.

Could you please help me recover it immediately.

I’m facing the same issue with my original GitHub account. My account was suspended for a Terms of Service violation, but I have no idea what caused the suspension. I hadn’t used the account for a long time, and I did not receive any clear explanation about what activity violated the Terms of Service.

I also tried to get support from GitHub, but I haven’t been able to get any meaningful response or assistance. Because I couldn’t access my original account, I had to create a new GitHub account and continue my work there.

It would be really helpful if GitHub could provide some clarification about the reason for the suspension and give users a proper way to appeal or recover their accounts.
