Hi all,

I applied in the past to the Teacher GitHub Education benefits and always got accepted. Now my status ha expired and I'm experiencing huge problems with the application process.

I am submitting with my request a copy of my latest payslip, which certifies payment of my salary by my university. The document contains my details (including my full name as it appears in my profile) and my status as a full professor. When I submit it from my computer, it is rejected and asks me to take a photograph instead. If I take a photograph of the document on my PC screen with my smartphone, the request is again rejected, stating that I must verify that the name shown in the document matches the one in my profile (the two correspond perfectly).

I have no idea how to resolve this issue. Have others experienced similar difficulties?

I am right in the same page and I really don't know what to do because in the support page Github clearly mention that subjects related to teachers and students' approval is not done anymore by human beings! With that being said, how can we solve this? Any clue?
