Hello,

My organization wants to set up GitHub Enterprise Cloud and GitHub Copilot subscriptions. We have submitted several contact requests and received initial replies, but no further follow-up after responding. Since we currently only use GitHub Free and cannot open a support ticket, what is the recommended way to contact GitHub regarding GitHub Enterprise Cloud and Copilot?

Start a 30-Day GitHub Enterprise Cloud Free Trial

    Go to [github.com/pricing](https://github.com/pricing) or your organization's billing settings and initiate a 30-day trial for GitHub Enterprise Cloud.

    Starting a trial immediately grants your organization access to GitHub Enterprise features and unlocks access to open tickets via the [GitHub Support Portal](https://support.github.com/). Once in trial, you can submit a ticket under Enterprise Sales/Billing.

Use the Open Billing Support Form

    Even on a Free plan, you can submit a support request specifically for Billing & Payments via [support.github.com/contact/billing](https://www.google.com/search?q=https://support.github.com/contact/billing).

    Select Sales/Upgrade Query or Billing as the category. Explain that you are attempting to purchase Enterprise Cloud and Copilot licenses, but previous sales forms have gone unresponsive.
