Unable to reapply for GitHub Student Developer Pack

Hi everyone,

I am a current student and have had two previous GitHub Education applications rejected. I have corrected the issues mentioned in the rejection notices and am trying to submit a new application.

However, when I click "Start an application" from my Education benefits settings, I am redirected to the GitHub pricing page instead of the student application form. I am therefore unable to submit another application.

Please help me to reset/unlock my GitHub Education application status so I can reapply for the Student Developer Pack.
