Posting here as a last resort — we've exhausted every documented channel to reach GitHub sales for a straightforward purchase and have received zero response.

What we're trying to do: Purchase and activate 25 (to start) Copilot [Business/Enterprise] seats for our existing GitHub Enterprise account: (/enterprises/iis). I have submitted the Sales Contact Request form 4 times and have 2 open support tickets. The phone number listed in docs doesn't seem to be working.

What I need:

1. A named contact on the GitHub Enterprise Account team who can process a Copilot seat purchase
2. If the correct path is via a Microsoft rep or another internal channel. Please point me there if I'm on the wrong path.

I'm not looking to escalate publicly, just looking for a path forward to get unstuck. Any help would be appreciated.
