Hi everyone,

Good day! Your system always rejecting my student document despite following the instructions.
I submitted my COR (Certificate of Registration) and I select official transcript in the drop down menu in registration page but after a few minutes it keeps rejecting it

A Certificate of Registration can still be rejected if the document does not clearly prove current student status, show at least one current date/term, or make your name and institution unambiguous. Selecting “official transcript” in the dropdown does not change what the uploaded document contains.

Use one of the document types GitHub lists—student ID with current enrollment date, class schedule, transcript, or an affiliation/enrollment letter—and make the required name, school, and current-status/date fields legible. The student-application guide and troubleshooting guide describe those checks.

If a legible, current document is still rejected, use GitHub Education Support with your school's full name, official website/domain, the document type, and the exact steps/error. Keep the document and any identifying details in the private application/support channel, not this public Discussion; Support makes the final eligibility decision.

wELL, When I took a photo it CLEARLY indicates my name, Program, Class schedule, and year level. Does that not count?
