Why is Github forcing me to pay to continue, despite I'm having a higher configred budget

I am in phase with using copilot excessively maybe. However, I have more budget configured than used.
But Github stops working and wants me to pay first, before I may continue, despite the fact that I have configured I higher budget.
See attached screenshot.

Hint: my original budget was this 1000 USD, I've then increased it this month.
Hint 2: I definitely will not pay now the invoice, since Github will charge me the same amount end of month again!,
There's an open ticket from the last month, where I've been charged twice. I'm not going to do the same until this is sorted out.
