We have a Github App TimestampGIt (https://timestampgit.dev) for automatically timestamping Github repos in the Bitcoin Blockchain.

I started marketplace app review 3 weeks ago and did not receive any response. All items on the check list are marked as done

What is the escalation mechanism?

NB: We first want a marketplace listing for the Free mode of our app (for Public repos), When we have reached the required 100 installations we plan to offedr a paid version for Private repos.
