Hi everyone,

Hello,

I applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack but received a verification
failure stating my institution doesn't appear to have a campus in my country.

My school, Keyce Informatique, has a physical campus in Yaoundé, Cameroon,
where I am currently enrolled in my 3rd year (Licence 3).

Could you please review/update the institution information in your system?
I don't have an official school email domain, as my institution does not
provide one to students.

"Doesn't appear to have a campus in your country" is an institution-database problem, not a judgment about you — Keyce Informatique's record either isn't in GitHub's institution list or is registered under its French parent without the Yaoundé campus. That can only be fixed on GitHub's side, so the productive path is:

1. Request the institution record be added/corrected via https://support.github.com/contact/education. Include: the school's full name, the Yaoundé campus address, the school's official website, and evidence you're enrolled there (your Licence 3 enrollment certificate). "Please add/update this institution's campus information" is a routine request for that queue.
2. While that's pending, don't keep resubmitting the application — every attempt against the broken record will fail the same way, and rapid retries look bad to the automated system.
3. The missing school email is fine — schools without student email domains go through document verification. Once the campus record exists, apply with a certificat de scolarité / attestation d'inscription for the current year, photographed with your device camera, with your name matching your GitHub profile and billing information exactly (accents included).

One extra tip for the location check: apply from Yaoundé if you can, since campus proximity is one of the signals used when the school record has a physical campus registered.
