Hey, that document looks like it has everything GitHub should need . Take a very clean photo with the page filling most of the frame, good lighting, and no glare. The large watermark, Spanish text, accents in the name, and the layout could possibly be confusing the automated reader. If it still rejects the same official letter after that, I wouldn’t keep changing your account information. I’d leave the application details and treat it as an automated-verification issue that probably needs someone from the Education team to look at. |

Hi everyone,
Hi GitHub Education Team,
I am an active student of Information Systems Engineering at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional - Facultad Regional Mendoza (UTN FRM), Argentina.
My application for the Student Developer Pack keeps getting rejected automatically by the OCR system, even though:
My academic email from my university is verified on my account.
My billing and profile name match my official enrollment certificate exactly (Sebastián Alejandro Dohmen).
I have provided an official, dated enrollment letter on university letterhead (issued August 2026).
Could a support team member please review my application manually?
Thank you,
Sebastián Alejandro Dohmen
