Hi everyone,

Hi Github -
I'm trying to upload my evidence but I keep getting rejected. My name is identical, my enrolment letter has clear dates. Everything that is required is in the image, but I'm just repeatedly rejected (most commonly because my name's not the same as on the letter - IT IS!).
Is there anyone who can help?

Hey, check for small differences like middle names, accents, initials, hyphens, or surname order sometimes trip automated verification.

Make sure the full document is clearly visible and that the school name, your name, and the current enrollment date are easy to read in the capture.
