Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
I am a student at the National Technological University, Mendoza Regional Faculty (Universidad Tecnológica Nacional – Facultad Regional Mendoza) in Argentina.
I recently applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but my application was rejected. GitHub gave me several reasons, including issues regarding my name matching the billing information and the fact that my GitHub account is relatively new.
I have an official Certificate of Regular Student Status issued by my university. The certificate includes:
My full legal name
The name of my university and faculty
A date showing my current academic affiliation
Confirmation that I am a regular student
I have already checked my GitHub profile and billing information to make sure my name matches my academic document.
Since GitHub Support indicates that individual manual reviews are no longer provided for rejected Education applications, I would like to ask:
What is the recommended way to successfully verify my student status in this situation?
Should I wait a few days and submit a new application with the same certificate, or is there anything else I should change before applying again?
Thank you for your help.
