github page svelte cannot access my _app folder

This is my website repo

https://github.com/neocmakelsp/neocmakelsp.github.io

and it deploys website on https://github.com/neocmakelsp/neocmakelsp.github.io/tree/gh-pages

But after deploying, I found it cannot find the css and javascript

I think I am using the default github repo name, it should work, I just cannot find out what happened
