Hi GitHub Community Team,

I am opening this discussion to request assistance or escalation for my open billing support ticket #4582419, as it has been without an update for 2 weeks (and initially opened a month ago).

Summary:

• Issue: Accidental activation with 0 consumed licenses. Requested a refund for $45.00 (June) and cancellation/waiver for $26.87 (July pending).
