Discussion Details
Hello GitHub Community,
GitHub Actions has been disabled/unavailable for my account for approximately 2–3 months.
My repository is:
https://github.com/sohaibmahmood/sohaibmahmood
I checked the repository settings under Settings → Actions → General, and the repository is configured to:
Allow all actions and reusable workflows
The Disable actions option is not selected.
Because the repository-level Actions settings appear to be enabled, I believe this may be an account-level restriction or disabled state.
I also contacted GitHub Support about this issue. My support ticket was closed without restoring Actions access, and I was directed to GitHub Community Discussions and GitHub Docs.
Support ticket/reference: 8116704671
Could someone please help me determine why GitHub Actions remains disabled for my account and whether there is a way to have the restriction reviewed or restored?
Thank you.
