I've seen this happen to a bunch of people it's usually not personal, just an automated flag that got triggered and nobody's looked at it yet. Best move is to stop opening new tickets (that actually slows things down, weirdly) and just reply to the one you already have, keep it short your username, the email on the account, and a line saying you think it was a false positive from the spam filter. If you can't even log in, use the reinstatement form instead of the regular contact page, that one goes straight to a human reviewer instead of the general queue. It usually takes a few business days on free accounts, so it's annoying but not usually a dead end just stay on that one ticket and don't go silent on it either, bump it if a week goes by. |
