Hello,
It’s been almost 2 months or so

Hope you can help me asap. My account has valuable software projects + a startup company project. I will provide any needed information or emails to show ownership of my account due to this hacker who changed email and activated 2FA making me halt my work. Also it got suspended so idk if it makes it worse or not, and yes I already did through email but no answers and I know as a free user won’t get help as if I was paid tier, but I didn’t know about that till later.

Similar thing happened with me few months ago... raise ticket properly explain that they suspended your account without prior notice.
and keep patience they'll respond you back within 48 hours... specially if u have github pro already.
and your account will get restored within 72 hours.

I have been waiting for 2 months and sadly I don’t have pro or enterprise account cuz I didn’t know I needed those for fast support and security and I don’t have backups :(
Idk if I will ever get the account back or they won’t answer
