Unable to Complete GitHub Pro Subscription – Stuck at “Save Payment Information”

I am unable to proceed with my GitHub Pro subscription. The payment process gets stuck at the “Save payment information” step, and I cannot complete the subscription.

I have tried proceeding multiple times, but the page does not move forward after saving the payment information. Please help me resolve this issue so I can complete my GitHub Pro subscription.

My issue isn't that money hasn't been deducted from my account. My issue is that GitHub has taken the money from my account, my invoice was confirmed as paid, and now a duplicate invoice has been issued to me, still showing me as owing money, even though I already paid the invoice.

I am also facing the same issue and submitted the ticket on last week and tool follow up but there is no response or solution. Does anyone has any idea how to resolve ?

GitHub charges us for its enterprise tools, and it's their responsibility to provide us with good services. Not to be unresponsive for one, two, or three weeks while still charging us for enterprise. It would be better to file a complaint against this company.

I'm facing the exact same issue. I submitted a support ticket 9 days ago with no response yet, and my payment due date has already passed. Since this is my company account, I'm worried about potential account suspension or service disruption. Please let me know if you get a resolution!

f this is specifically for a GitHub Pro subscription, try upgrading through the GitHub Mobile app instead. It lets you pay directly using Google Pay on Android or Apple Pay on iOS, so you don't even need to add a card. I am unable to make payment for addtion budget that i've used .

It's a mess really. Like others mentioned here, I had also created a support ticket and that's sitting idle for 2 weeks now without any response. I'm considering switching to gitlab to see if it's any better.

I've opened tickets everywhere, but it seems like no human staff works at this company, and all parts of GitHub are run by robots. This is a low quality for a big company like GitHub. Ever since Microsoft acquired GitHub, its quality has been decreasing day by day. I don't know who will be accountable for the damages my company is incurring.

For this issue, we can try a workaround: install the GitHub mobile app and try making the payment through it. There may be no need to add the card or payment details manually, and we may be able to pay directly using GPay.

“Save payment information" still not working for me, not able to clear any dues.
No errors, no console errors, no network errors, the button stays enabled, its in green, just not doing anything, sitting like a duck, frustrating, our operations are affected!

Try the github mobile app as OP said. It worked for me to restart my pro subscription. The payment routes through apple's subscription mechanism (ios for me) and it worked finally. The original problem still persists, but at-least it's a workaround for now.

can you please detail it out, I am having an apple device and I dont see an option to recharge still, save payment information is still not responding in the iPad iOS device as well
