Inline PR comments are often too narrow for wide content such as code blocks, tables, JSON, logs, and stack traces. Horizontal scrolling is difficult because the scrollbar may be far below the visible content.

It would be useful to have one or more of:

• an “Expand comment” / full-screen button, or
• a resizable comment/thread width.
• collapse/hide right hand panel
• use more of the display on wide screens
