[Mobile Web] Repository header and action buttons overflow horizontally beyond viewport

Summary

When viewing a repository page on mobile Safari (iOS), the header actions (Watch, Fork, Star, Sponsor) and top navigation overflow the right edge of the viewport instead of wrapping or scaling down, causing horizontal scrolling and UI clipping.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a mobile browser (Safari on iOS).
2. Navigate to any repository page (e.g., https://github.com/mermaid-js/mermaid).

Expected Behavior

The repository header, action buttons (Watch, Fork, Sponsor), and file list container should fit within the screen width without horizontal overflow.

Actual Behavior

The content overflows past the right side of the screen, clipping elements like the Sponsor button and the Code dropdown/file commit bar.

• Device: iPhone 15
• Browser: Safari
• Screen Orientation: Portrait
