I wanted to recommend a change in the PR overview page to make it easier to see what PRs need your immediate attention.
The typical usecase for me is: There are several open PRs in a monorepo, and I should focus my attention on the ones that need review not the ones that have already been approved or had changes requested.
I'm not a UI designer but this is my mockup:
It could also be opt-in at the settings if people find it distracting, but I find it very helpful.
I've used Stylebot to inject some CSS to make my life easier in the past, but I've stopped using it given the wave of supply chain attacks recently, I don't want extensions that read the contents of my page anymore, so it'd be great to have it natively in GH website.
