Cannot update Billing Information – Blocking GitHub Actions

Hi,
We have reached the limit in GitHub Actions and wanted to update a billing details to pay for more. However, we are stuck that message. The issue stays the same for more than 48 hours. I have raised a ticket to the Support Team yesterday, however I doubt it will be solved this week. Any idea, why this happens? Thanks.

PS. I have noticed, others have similar problem when non-latin characters are provided to the business entity details. Like in this topic: https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/176876

Is there any way to speed up unlocking the payments?
