Hello @iSurveillanz, not part of the Github SUupport team but you can do the following that may fix the issue:

1. Trigger a Null commit and/or re-run pages workflow:

git commit --allow-empty -m "trigger fresh pages deployment lock clearance"
git push origin main

If you're usng the standard Action for Pages, go to the latest successful build artifact run and re-run

2. Temp disable and re-enable Github Pages
3. Escalate to Github Officail Support via the Github Suppot Portal and provide the details from the report
