This is a Server Side Issue.

Can not Type in WRITE TAB when Creating a Issue in a Any Repository.

No Characters can be Typed into the WRITE TAB when I need to Create a Issue on a Repository.

Also I can not Type Characters in the ADD A TITLE Field for Any Repository.

This happens for Any Repository.

Could be a browser/cache or JavaScript issue since it affects all repositories. Try incognito mode or another browser first, and disable extensions. If it still happens, check the browser console for errors and report those details.
