Add ability to see a quick breakdown by file names on the number of line changed

At the top of the PR one can see the number of lines added and removed...

It would be great to have an additional feature which allows the user to see exactly which files had how many lines added/removed. This does currently exist in the individual panes where the diff is shown. However I am looking for a table or integration in to the file explorer on the left.
