Need help to create Open Source, DEX blockchain program.
Each human have his own blockchain chain.
There is voting mechanism, where most valuated and professionals blockchain members have heavier vote as another with lover ratings.

The program should unite like-minded people.,
There are individuals who act as communicators between groups. Those who are able to convey and translate information into understandable language, slang, or another language.

I saw this visualization of the program many years ago. Before blockchain technology, I didn't know how to implement it in real life.

Hi @R3d2q! This is an interesting idea, but it is a very large project. A DEX, personal blockchains, reputation scores, voting, and communication between groups are all separate systems.

I suggest starting with a small prototype first:

1. Write down the main problem you want to solve.
2. Create a simple app where users can create groups and vote on proposals.
3. Start with normal user accounts and a database before adding blockchain.
4. Decide clearly how reputation is earned and how it can be lost.
5. Add blockchain only for parts that really need public verification or shared ownership.

Be careful with “heavier votes” based on ratings. It can be unfair or easy to manipulate if people can create many accounts or rate each other without real evidence. You will need protection against fake accounts and a transparent reputation system.

Also, building a real DEX is much more serious because it can involve user funds, smart-contract security, and legal requirements. I would not start with a real exchange. Build a test/demo version first, with no real money.

It may help if you share a small diagram or example user flow: “A user joins a group → earns reputation → creates a proposal → members vote.” Then people can give more specific technical advice.

Mainly it should be considered as project for all human kind. Which was, now and will be.

Thank you that you mentioned Money. If this system will be used, money, properties and power will be irrelevant. It's cultural heritage.

The second doubt. A lot of user accounts. If there is no prove that you are human kind person, if there is no full history about you in blockchain. Something should be fixed.

There is instructions, guides, upgrades. Like in aviation. Where people and community evolve each and together.

I don't see a problem to create big project, as it is easier. Each human kind can find a place in project!
