My main account was suspended last week, I have no idea why, a day or so after my computer had a total kernel crash, I was logged in on my account (@Querzion) earlier last week and created a new organization for later use, and a few days later my friend did a force shutdown on my computer instead of waking me and having me fix the problem, so I have had to reinstall my computer went from PikaOS to NixOS, and I have older Nix install files on GitHub, so I thought I should download them asap and use parts of them in creating a new install, but then my account wasn't accessable, it was gone? So I tried to login and I get the information Suspended Account, basically 'you have broken the policy, contact support', then I'm sent to a new login page, and try to login, and don't get sent to the support page instead I get the same Suspended Account information, and I have no Idea what to do, so I created this new account, and contacted support that way, but I still don't have any answers, and my main account is still suspended. @github-staff, what is my next move here? My GitHub is basically my life, it has lots of repo's that's old schoolwork, new schoolwork, private projects, projects I have help others with, new unfinished projects, backups on OBS files, Nix files, scripts etc. It serves as the access point to my websites that I'm creating and the login for a bunch of websites and applications, I can't access my settings in the developer applications i use because they are saved with github logins, my GitHub acts as my Portfolio, CV and Pod for logins. so I really need this fixed like yesterday, and have no idea why I was suspended since I don't write with people, I follow a bunch of projects, I don't even get mails about them now, and I'm part in a serious work projects that started last year, that I now have no access to, what is going on? I currently have Fiber internet at home 1000/1000, and a ubiquiti express 7 gateway and a bunch of serious internet problems where I get disconnected with my phone, laptop and desktop for no apparent reason and have to reload pages like 5-15 times before they show up, I have no Idea why, and I reset my router because it started being a really irritating problem. |

Hello GitHub Support Team and @github-staff ,I am writing to politely nudge for an update on Ticket #4714518 (Reference: NN9L16-RW347). It has now been over a week since I replied with all of the requested verification details—including my username (@harshitnub077), creation location, and original email address—on August 31st. My account remains completely suspended, which is blocking my ongoing open-source contributions and stalling my development portfolio. Could a member of the Trust & Safety team please review the verified details I provided above so I can safely regain access to my work?Thank you so much for your time and help. |

My primary GitHub (@arshsaxena) suddenly got suspended. I was able to use it last by the end of the day on 27 August 2026.
Any suggestions on what to do? I have submitted a request through GitHub Support.
