Hello, I would like to ask how I could solve this problem. When I try to start an application for educational benefits (by clicking on the "Start an application" button), it automatically redirects me to the Pricing page.

this looks more like a redirect/account-state issue than a normal education rejection. i'd first try the application while signed out of any other github accounts, then sign in only with the account you're applying from and use an incognito window. also make sure your primary email is verified. if it still redirects directly to pricing, i'd report the redirect to github education support with those screenshots, since you're not even reaching the application form.
