Hi everyone,

Hello. I have been facing a similar issue with the bot repeatedly rejecting me despite correct identification, but this time was weird; usually, for the other times, it rejected me and told me what I need to fix before reapplying (i.e, 2FA, name matching profile, etc) and I did that. This time, though, when I reapplied after following and fixing what the bot told me to do, it was blank. What do I do? How do I fix it?

It looks like the latest attempt is still being rejected for the same general reason: GitHub can't verify the current academic status.

Since you already addressed the issues mentioned in the previous attempts, I'd try reapplying with a different piece of academic proof rather than submitting the same document again. GitHub specifically recommends documents such as a school ID, transcript, class schedule, or enrollment/affiliation letter, with a date clearly showing your current status.

If you've already provided that and the rejection still doesn't give you any more specific reason, I'd contact GitHub Education Support and include the previous rejection reasons, what you changed, and this latest result. That's probably more useful than repeatedly submitting the same application.

GitHub's documentation also recommends contacting Education Support when you've tried the suggested steps and are still stuck.
