Problem
The conversation page is flooded with things that have nothing to do with the conversation.
Github Copilot reviews are good, and I don't want to turn them off, but every time I make a commit on a PR, 5 superfluous comments are left informing me that:
Proof:
You can see how after just 3 commits, there are already several pages worth of useless information - which was possibly relevant at one point, but is now just crowding out other useful comments from humans, and making it difficult to follow the conversation - which is the purpose of this tab.
