Suspended account reinstatement — current support wait time?

My main GitHub account was suspended, and I already submitted an Appeal/Reinstatement request through GitHub Support. I cannot use that suspended account to post here, so I’m asking from another account.

Has anyone recently gone through the reinstatement process? How long did it take to receive a human response from GitHub Support?

The suspended account contains active client repositories, so I’m mainly trying to understand the current review timeline. I understand the Community cannot review or expedite individual suspension cases.

There doesn't seem to be a fixed public timeline for suspension appeals. GitHub says legitimate appeals and reinstatement requests are reviewed by staff and that you'll receive a decision, but I don't see a guaranteed response time published in their current documentation.

Since you've already submitted the appeal, I'd keep an eye on the Support ticket rather than opening multiple requests, as that can make the process harder to follow.

Hopefully someone who's gone through a recent reinstatement can share their actual wait time here.
